Dirt and grime have a way of sneaking up on you. One season it looks fine, and the next you've got dark streaks running down the siding, buildup collecting along the lower panels, and the whole exterior just looking worn down. That's exactly what we were dealing with on these two homes in Graniteville and Montpelier.
The siding on one of the homes had heavy dark staining concentrated around a dryer vent - grime and mold working its way down the panels over time. That kind of buildup doesn't scrub off by hand. We use a soft wash process, which means low pressure and the right cleaning solution to break that stuff down at the surface level without damaging the siding. It lifts the staining, kills the organic growth, and rinses clean.
After the wash, the difference is night and day. White siding looks white again. The panels are clean all the way down to the foundation line. That's the thing about a good house wash - it doesn't just clean the surface, it makes the whole property feel like it's being taken care of.
We do this kind of work all across Vermont. Whether it's a ranch-style home with problem spots near the roofline or a two-story with years of buildup on the north-facing walls, soft washing is the right tool for the job. No damage to your paint or siding, just a clean result that actually lasts.
